2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the order of this Court, the official respondents has de-sealed the petitioner's premises only on 18.12.2023 and now demolition work has also been started by the petitioner and hence prayed for further extension of time to comply with the order dated 25.09.2023.

3. Since, the petitioner's premises was de-sealed only on 18.12.2023, a further period of twelve weeks is granted from today.

4. Post the matter on 12.03.2024 'for reporting compliance'.
