2. Though notice was issued to the respondent and his name printed in the causelist, when the matter is taken up, none appeared on behalf of the respondent today.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
