This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate-I Sirkali every Monday until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17243 of and Crl.M.P.No.13464 of 2024 by order dated 03.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
