This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.10138 of 2013.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent present in Court has no objection.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 24 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority within a period of 10 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
