ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal against the order impugned herein. An endorsement is also made to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. It is made clear that liberty would not mean condoning the delay, rather for that, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an appropriate application before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
