ORDER

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for Petitioner and respondent appeared a submitted a joint compromise memo.

2. As per the terms of compromise, the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees two lakhs thirty thousand only) as full and final settlement to the respondent. Out of the said amount, the petitioner had already deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the trial court as per the order passed by this court in Crl.M.P.No. 17188 of 2024. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The joint compromise memo is recorded.

3. In the result, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of as the matter was settled between the parties in terms of a joint memo of compromise. Thus, the petitioner is acquitted. The joint memo of compromise shall be forming part and parcel of this order. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
