Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned unilaterally cancellation of settlement deed registered as Document No.2788 / 2015 dated 09/10/2015 registered by the 1st respondent and quash the same as being illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions of law and consequently directing the 1st respondent to remove the encumbrance entry of cancellation of settlement deed.

ORDER
