The writ petition has been filed challenging the order bearing Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.5821 of 2001/E1 dated 31.05.2004 by which a fit person has been appointed by the Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE Department (Second Respondent). Today, When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by a subsequent order dated 04.08.2004, the Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE Department (Second Respondent) has framed the scheme as a consequence of which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
