ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to grant for a further period of three months

time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 05.02.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.4886 of 2024.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25398 of 2025 vide order dated 16.09.2025 has directed the police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.110 of 2023 within a period of three months finally from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
