ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, written instructions received from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupattur has been placed before this Court.

2. It is seen that the cheques have been handed over to the Government Advocate in order to deposit the same before the concerned Court at Tirupattur.

3. In the light of the above development, the cheques shall be deposited immediately. It is left open to the petitioners to file a payment out petition and withdraw the amount.
