Order This Civil Revision petition is filed against the fair and decreetal orders dated 03.08.2019 passed in I.A. No.19582 of 2014 in O.S. No.3638 of 2010 on the file of the III Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of TNMCC along with a settlement Agreement dated 19.10.2022 entered into between the parties, duly singed by both the petitioner and the respondent and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded.
3. The Civil Revision Petition in CRP No.226 of 2020 is disposed of in accordance with the settlement agreement arrived at
between the parties in Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree in O.S. No.3638 of 2010 on the file of the learned III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
