This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the common order dated 24.03.2025 made in W.P.No.508 of 2017 and W.P.No.15787 of 2019.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court vide common order dated 24.03.2025 made in W.P.No.508 of 2017 and W.P.No.15787 of 2019 directed the respondents to settle the terminal benefits without backwages of the deceased employee to the petitioners/ legal heirs of the deceased employee, pursuant to which, the respondents have settled the terminal benefits of the deceased employee to the petitioners and further submitted that the petitioners are entitled for family pension and further submitted that the respondents will continue to pay the family pension to the petitioners. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
