This Contempt Petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 07.02.2025 in W.P. No. 4496 of 2025. 2.
It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order has been complied by issuing a proceeding
in Na.Ka.No.783/Aa4/2025 dated 08.10.2025 for granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of Middle Headmaster, which is placed on record. A copy of the same has also been received by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the order has been complied and a proceeding dated 08.10.2025 has been issued and if the petitioner feels that he is still aggrieved he is at liberty to challenge the order of the respondents dated 08.10.2025 in a manner known to law.

In view of the above reasons, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
