CMA.No.1350 of 2020 and Cros.Obj.No.9 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI.,J When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of Disability Certificate from the District Medical Board, Joint Director of Health Services, Tiruppur District, which was not produced before the Tribunal and he prayed to mark the same as exhibit, while considering the appeal.

2. A copy of the said certificate has also been given to the learned counsel for the respondent, who has no objection to receive the same as court document.

3. Accordingly, the Disability Certificate of the claimant is marked as court document, Ex.C-1.
