When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Commissioner of Labour, Chennai, dated 20.11.2025 was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that the petitioner has been notionally promoted as the Deputy Inspector of Labour from 11.09.2023.
