This petition has been filed to restore the Writ Petition which was dismissed for non prosecution.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as he was not able come in person, he attempted appear through video conferencing, due to technical issues the 'unmute' option did not work, the Writ Petition has been dismissed for non prosecution and no representation for the petitioner is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the petition and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to prosecute the case, this petition is Ordered.
