O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of this Court order made in W.P.No.18466 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024 under the relevant provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2. The contention of the respondent is that since the petitioner is aged 95 years, she expressed her difficulties in appearing personally before the authorities and therefore, the matter was adjourned and the appeal could not be heard.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now ready and she will appear at any time as may be fixed by the authorities.

4. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner appear before the respondent on 27.10.2025 personally or through counsel and thereafter, orders shall be passed by the authority concerned, without any delay.

5. With the above directions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
