ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the 1st respondent, the Chief Information Commissioner, Tamil Nadu State Chief Information Commission, Chennai, to dispose of the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner on 05.11.2024. 2.Let me not get into any further details, since it is represented on behalf of the respondents that the second appeal filed by the petitioner had been returned for compliances on 05.12.2024 and records had also been

dispatched to the petitioner. No Mandamus can be issued since the onus is now on the petitioner to re-present the papers and ensure that it is within the confines of the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of even without issuing notice to the 3rd respondent. No costs.
