The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 123 of BNS and Section 6(b), 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 in Crime No.393 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioners' anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.23536 of 2025 on 11.09.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
