ORDER

Challenging the impugned judgment passed by I Addl.Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No26 of 2022 dated 01.10.2024, the petitioner husband preferred this Criminal Revision Case.

2. Earlier, this court by an order dated 10.01.2025 granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner husband shall pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as well as a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards maintenance to the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that so far, the conditional order was not complied. Therefore, the conditional order passed by this court on 10.01.2025 is cancelled. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed and liberty is granted to the respondent to execute the order as per manner known to law.
