This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the 2nd respondent through proceedings dated 28.10.2023.

2.Heard Mr.R.Sasivendhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the appeal/representation given by the petitioner on 17.10.2024 and consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after giving sufficient opportunity to the 4th respondent and final orders shall be 2/4

passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
