ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to forthwith issue patta for the property of the petitioners measuring 13,530 Sq.Ft., in New Survey Nos.184/1 and 184/2, Vennandhur Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, by considering and passing orders on the application of the petitioners dated 12.12.2018, based on the recommendation of the 2nd respondent dated 08.06.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioners dated 12.12.2018, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
