ORDER
The plaintiffs have filed this application seeking permission of this Court to file additional documents as listed out in the schedule to the judges summons.
2. The learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs would submit that the said documents listed out in the schedule to the judges summons are very essential to prove their case. He would further submit that he was unable to produce those documents, since they are subsequent to the filing of the present suit.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also by considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this
application is allowed as prayed for and the documents listed out in the schedule to the judges summons are allowed to be received as additional documents, subject to admission, proof and relevancy. The respondents are at liberty to raise objection at the time of marking those documents.
5. Since the suit is of the year 2022, the learned Master is directed to complete the evidence as early as possible without giving any long adjournment beyond one week. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence on 23.10.2025.
