ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 31.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19801 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.16 of 2016, that to appear and sign before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Q Branch CID, Coimbatore on every 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19801 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.16 of 2016 on 31.10.2023 is hereby modified as below: (i)the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Principal District and Sessions Court / Special Court, Coimbatore, on the 1st Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is also submitted that final report has been filed in the case before the trial Court. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. He is exempted from appearing before the Principal Sessions Court, Coimbatore, on those dates when he has to appear before the trial Court for hearing. (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

4. All other conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7241 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.16 of 2016 on 25.02.2021 shall stand unaltered.
