This Court by order, dated 26.09.2024 had directed the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pallavaram to conduct an enquiry after hearing the petitioner and few other persons who are involved in the dispute and take steps to resolve the issue amicably.

2.It appears that the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pallavaram had conducted enquiry and the issue could not be resolved. In view of the same, this Court finds that the proposed petitioner is a necessary party in the main revision.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
