Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in connection with the show cause notice in Ref.
No.TIN 33632962222/2014-15 and Ref.
No.TIN 33632962222/2015-16 dated 28.02.2019 respectively and the proceedings of the 1st respondent in TIN 33632962222/2014-15 dated 28.06.2019 and TIN 33632962222/2015-16 dated 27.06.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to lift/cancel the attachment of the bank accounts pertaining to the Petitioner firm in the letters dated in ref. No.1052/2019/A3 dated 11.11.2019 issued to the State Bank of India along with Form 'U' and the letters dated 10.12.2019 issued to the ICICI Bank and Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank, Gobichettipalayam along with Form 'U' and consequently take into consideration the documents to be produced by the petitioner and the documents already available (Form WW) in the file of the 1st respondent after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner to produce the documents s required by the respondents and pass a reasoned order on merits in accordance with law.
