The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second Respondent to consider the representation dated 05.12.2019 made by the Petitioner. In the said representation, the Petitioner had required the Second Respondent to direct the Sixth Respondent to furnish Transfer Certificate to the son of the Petitioner, namely, Sanjeev Kumar.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Sixth Respondent, on instructions, states that the Transfer Certificate of the son the Petitioner has been issued to the Petitioner, who made a request in person before the Sixth Respondent on 17.02.2020.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
