ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.3760/2018/Thi3 dated 17.05.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to release the balance funds and provide cement and steel for completing the construction of the house as per the sanction order issued by the 3rd respondent under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin(PMAY-G). 2.There is no representation for the petitioner today. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions of the third respondent, produced a copy of the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3760/2018/D7 dated 26.02.2025 of the third respondent, wherein, it was stated that since the petitioner's son had not constructed a house within a stipulated period and violated the Government conditions, the balance amount payable to the petitioner was not released/paid to the petitioner.
3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
