Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Joint Director of School Education (Establishment) Chennai, the first respondent herein made in Na.Ka.No.41850/C2 Section/C35/2004 dated 15.06.2004 quash the same and forebear the respondents herein from in any manner imposes major penalty against the petitioner on the facts and circumstances of the case and disburse all the consequential service and monetary benefits due to the petitioner.
