Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019 and 04.12.2019 submitted with regard to enter the names of the patta holders in respect of house site patta issued in survey Nos.216 and 217C in Sembakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, for the member of the petitioners association in the Chitta, Adangal and other revenue records including online records of Sembakkam Village.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019 and 04.12.2019 submitted with regard to enter the names of the patta holders in respect of house site patta issued in survey Nos.216 and 217C in Sembakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, for the member of the petitioners association in the Chitta, Adangal and other revenue records including online records of Sembakkam Village.

2. Heard, Mr.L.Pachaiyappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2019 and 04.12.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
