The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition in para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.27200 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Special Court (Exclusive trial under EC/NDPS At cases), Chennai, in C.C.No.914 of 2024 and the next date of hearing is posted on 04.12.2024.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27200 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Special Court (Exclusive trial under EC/NDPS At cases), Chennai on the next date of hearing and thereafter, on the dates as fixed by the Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
