Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to dispose the petitioner representation dated 03.11.2023 and consequently cancel the license and NOC Certificate issued in favour of 6th respondent for running the SS Hyderabad Biriyani Hotel, at Saidapet, Chennai.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 5.
2. The petition, it appears, is filed without any authentic documents placed on record. In view of that, the present petition cannot be entertained.
3. The writ petition, accordingly stands disposed of. In case, the aggrieved person lays hands on authentic documents in this regard, then the aggrieved person may agitate afresh. There shall be no order as to costs.
