This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22768 of 2024 by an order dated 18.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Ariyalur.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in para no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22768 of 2024 on 18.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Mahila Court, Ariyalur on the 3rd working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
