The learned counsel of the petitioner made a submission that the second respondent had already given the Certificate of Registration and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the case bundle. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner also produced the copy of the letter addressed to the Government Pleader by the second respondentRevenue Divisional Officer in Na.Ka.No.294/2022/A2 dated 01.04.2024. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
2. Recording the above submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands closed as infructuous.
