ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27684 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the case is registered in Spl.C.C.No.69 of 2024 on the file of the Additional District Judge and Presiding Officer, Special Court under EC Act, Salem and the case is posted on 20.12.2024.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27684 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional District Judge and Presiding Officer, Special Court under EC Act, Salem on 20.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
