ORDER

This petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.113 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai.

2. On 09.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai as to how long the learned Judge requires to dispose of O.S.No.113 of 2022.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai has sent a report on 11.12.2024, stating that the subsequent purchasers were impleaded by virtue of order dated 11.12.2023 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2023. Subsequently, the sole plaintiff died and the counsel for the plaintiff sought time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff. She also stated that after impleading the legal representatives of the plaintiff, and after carrying out the amendment, the newly impleaded defendants must be given an opportunity to file their written statement. She sought six months time for completion of trial.

4. In the light of the report submitted by the learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai, there shall be direction to the learned Judge to dispose of O.S.No.113 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is ordered. No costs.
