When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that enquiry in C.S.R.No.607 of 2023 was conducted and closed.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that no order is required in this petition. However, liberty is given to file a fresh application.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
