This application has been filed to direct the 10th respondent/8th defendant to produce the documents mentioned in the Judges Summons.

2. This Court is of the view that without establishing the custody of the documents, as a matter of right, the applicant cannot seek a direction. The applicant has to give notice to the concerned party to produce the documents. Only on the basis of the reply, direction can be issued. At this stage this application is premature.

Hence, this application is dismissed.
