ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2022.

2. Heard, the learned counsels appearing on either side.

3. On perusal of the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2022 revealed that the petitioner is a well experienced and qualified teacher. She is a Non-permanent Economics Teacher and as such she requested to make her as permanent teacher in the 4th respondent school as Economics Teacher. It is seen that the petitioner is working as teacher in a private school on temporary basis. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered by any authority, since the petitioner has not been appointed through any recruitment agency. Therefore, the petitioner's representation cannot be considered.

4. Hence, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be 2/4

dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.01.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gvn 3/4
