These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing an application to implead the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 19 and 20 as respondents 19 and 20 being the legal heirs of deceased second respondent.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed respondents 19 and 20 have to be impleaded as the respondents 19 and 20 as the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent, these applications are Ordered.

3. Notice to the newly impleaded party returnable by 22.01.2024. Private notice is also permitted. The applicant is directed to carryout amendment and file amended copy of the petition by then.
