3. Mr.M.Krishnamurthy takes notice for the third respondent. He submits that the delay may be condoned subject to the waiver of interest during this delay period.

4. Accepting the same, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the claimant cannot claim interest during the period where the appeal has been filed belatedly.
