Both the Writ Petitions have been instituted for directing the Central Administrative Tribunal Chennai Bench for speedy disposal of the O.A.Nos. 1411 & 1433 of 2024.

2. The order under challenge dated 24.10.2024 reveals that notice was taken by Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Government Pleader for Puducherry. Time was granted to file reply and the matter was directed to be listed on 02.12.2024 before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Such an order passed by the Tribunal granting time to the respondents to file counter would not provide a cause for filing the writ petition.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to contest the matter on merits before the Central Administrative Tribunal after filing of the counter.
