2. This Court by an order dated 10.06.2025 disposed of CRL RC No. 2274 of 2023 by directing the Trial Court to dispose of Spl.SC.No.31 of 2022, on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of

2/3 that order. The learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, has addressed a letter dated 08.12.2025 to the Registry seeking extension of further three months time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3.This Court perused the letter dated 08.12.2025 sent by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing Spl.SC.No.31 of 2022 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order dated 10.06.2025 in CRL RC No. 2274 of 2023.
