This petition is filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the above revision petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3..Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein earlier filed revision petition which is against the dismissal of the discharge petitioner and the prayer sought for herein is also on the similar grounds.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the revision if it is otherwise in order and tag along with the petition earlier filed by the petitioner.
