It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.630 of 2023, registered by the respondents under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC as on date.

2.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if need arises.
