ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to grant extension of time by 15 days to surrender before the District Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaazhapadi and also for deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8758 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 22.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8758 of 2025 has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.12 of 2024 as one of the condition but the petitioner was not able to arrange the same. He further submitted that the petitioner has also filed a petition for modification in Crl.M.P.No.13824 of 2025 to modify the said condition and the same was also dismissed by this Court on 28.07.2025. He further submitted that now the petitioner arranged the aforesaid money for depositing purpose and prays to extend the time for a period of one more week to execute the condition.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one more week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8758 of 2025, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 04.11.2025 ssi 2/4
