C.M.P.No.27854 of 2019 in CRP SR No.37095 of 2017 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 920 days in representing the civil revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and the other facts and circumstances this court is inclined to condone the delay in filing the revision petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay in filing the revision is condoned.
