issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's Recruitment Notification No.01818/DSE/ESST.IV/C/2023 dated 20.10.2023, quash the same as far as the part of Requiring Employment Exchange Registration and following its seniority for granting separate weightage concerned and in consequence to that direct the respondents to proceed with the recruitment process by adding the said weightage of 10% merge with the other head, for the selection process for the post of Primary School Teacher. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's Recruitment Notification No.01818/DSE/ESST.IV/C/2023 dated 20.10.2023, quash the same as far as the part of Requiring Employment Exchange Registration and following its seniority for granting separate weightage concerned and in consequence to that direct the respondents to proceed with the recruitment process by adding the said weightage of 10% 2/4
merge with the other head, for the selection process for the post of Primary School Teacher.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.
3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal concerned in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
