ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9689 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5488 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025, passed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9689 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5488 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
