Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for 1st respondent.

2. This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2020 and on 08.01.2020, notice of motion was ordered returnable by 04.02.2020. Thereafter, this petition has been pending till date without any further orders. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this miscellaneous petition pending, at this length of time and hence, this Petition is closed.
